How do I withdraw funds from my SmartSTP account?
You can follow these steps if you wish to withdraw funds from your SmartSTP account:
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Navigate to the withdrawal section.
- Fill out the necessary withdrawal details, including the desired withdrawal amount and preferred withdrawal method.
- Submit your withdrawal request.
For certain withdrawal methods, such as wire transfers, we may require a Bank Reference as part of the withdrawal process.
